| In October of 1994, Peter established Proteus Performance Management Inc. to provide specialized Pension Governance, Performance Measurement and Investment Manager Search to Canadian retirement plans. Peter has provided the leadership and vision required to help the organization grow to where Proteus is considered a leader in the field of Canadian retirement plan governance.
Peter is active within the industry and currently serves as a juror for the Canadian Investment Funds Awards and is a sought after speaker for events relating to the governance of Canadian pensions plans. Peter also serves on the Board of Governors of the North York General Hospital Foundation and is the Chair of the Hospital’s Investment Committee. Peter graduated from Trent University in 1984 with a degree in Economics. Prior to starting Proteus, Peter accepted the position of Eastern Regional Director of the London Capital Management Group, the investment management subsidiary of the London Life Insurance Company. His responsibilities included marketing and client service of pooled and segregated fund management for Canadian Pension Plans. |

| Gord joined Proteus in 1997 to bring his professionalism and business experience to the Canadian pension plan sponsor community delivering Pension Governance, Performance Measurement, and Investment Manager Research and Search. He was appointed Vice President in 2001 and became a shareholder in Proteus in 2006.
Gord has been published in major Canadian and international pension and investment publications, and has spoken as a subject matter expert on numerous occasions at industry conferences. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in Economics, Gord continued his studies at Queen's University to receive an MBA in 1991. |

| Ryan has been involved in the investment consulting business for 11 years covering defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans and other institutional investment structures. Ryan became a shareholder in Proteus in 2012.
Ryan has direct experience as the primary or co-consultant for many of Proteus’ clients, sits on the Benefits Canada Expert Panel . Ryan has taken an active role in: Asset allocation strategy, modeling and implementation; Investment manager research, due diligence, evaluation, reporting and search; Governance evaluation and implementation; Custodial / Actuarial review and search; and Fiduciary education. Ryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society. He has also earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation. In addition, he has completed the requirements for the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation offered by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and Dalhousie University. Ryan graduated from Brock University with a First Class Honours Degree in Computing and Business (BCB), specializing in finance. Prior to joining Proteus, Ryan was employed in the Group Pensions division of a major Canadian life insurance company. |

| Jeff joined Proteus in 2007. Jeff provides lead consulting support for a number of Proteus clients with capital accumulation and defined benefit programs.
Jeff has been in the group pension business for over 25 years with consulting and business development experience for both capital accumulation and defined benefit plans. Prior to joining Proteus, Jeff worked with a major insurance company in the Toronto market whose core business was Group Savings. Jeff was responsible for both business growth and client relationship management. Jeff is an Economics graduate from the University of Western Ontario (1984). |
Martin Leclair, Vice President, CFA

| Martin joined Proteus in January 2012 to lead the development and promotion of Proteus Advisory Services. Martin previously held leadership roles at major Canadian investment management firms and at a large insurance company. He started his career in 1996, in Montreal, as a Global Capital Market Analyst for a large institutional asset manager. Martin undertook various roles in the fields of investment product engineering, marketing, communication and business development. In 2007, he moved to Toronto to subsequently head the defined-contribution (DC) and defined-benefit (DB) investment practices of two investment managers. In addition to his role with Proteus, Martin sits on the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute’s (CPBI) Ontario Regional Council and is a member of the Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) as well as the International Foundation. Martin earned his CFA designation in 2000 and is a member of both the Toronto CFA Society and the Montreal CFA society. |

| Andrew Smith became an advisor to Proteus in 2006.
Andrew has over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector. He began his career at National Trust in 1963 and held increasingly senior positions until his departure in 1984 at which time he was Vice-President, Investments. In 1985, he joined James P. Marshall, Inc., a small institutional investment consulting firm which he helped to build into a top-rated competitor with large global firms. In 2004, he established his own consulting practice (Natnook Inc.) with a focus on assisting organizations in achieving their financial and investment goals. Andrew has extensive experience in working with defined benefit and defined contribution pension funds, foundations, insurance companies and public entities. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and has earned the Certified Director (ICD.D) designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition to working on consulting assignments with Proteus, Andrew is a director on a number of Boards including the University of Ottawa Pension Fund Investment Committee, the Canadian General Electric Pension Trust and Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company (LawPRO). As well, he acts as Chair of the City of Toronto Civic Employees Pension Fund and the City of Toronto Fire Department Pension Fund. |
Glenn Woods, Senior Consultant

| In his role as Senior Consultant, Glenn leads the delivery of Proteus’ new division, Proteus Advisory Services. Since joining Proteus as an Analyst in 2007, Glenn has taken an active role in managing the performance measurement and reporting team, as well as being involved in research, asset allocation studies, investment manager reviews and investment manager searchers. Glenn has direct experience developing and providing member education sessions as well as working with individual plan members on retirement planning topics. Prior to Proteus, Glenn gained experience at a major Canadian bank, advising clients as a personal banker. He assisted clients through education and advice in a variety of personal financial services, including investments as a licenced mutual fund salesperson. Glenn also broadened his experience by providing trade support in the trading operations of a major Canadian asset manager. Glenn graduated from The University of King’s College/Dalhousie University with a Combined Honours Degree in Political Science and Economics (BAH). He is a licenced life insurance agent and a member of The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, Advocis. He has completed the Canadian Securities Course (Honours) and has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Glenn is currently working towards the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. |

| Teimaz joined Proteus as an Analyst in January 2011.
Teimaz received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree from Ryerson University in 2004, majoring in finance with a minor in economics. He continued his education by completing the Canadian Securities Course in 2004. Most recently, Teimaz gained investment consulting experience having spent 4 years with a large, multi-national benefits consulting firm as a defined benefits analyst working with pension plans, endowments and foundations. He also previously worked as a client account representative in group retirement services with a large Canadian-based insurer. |

| Lewis joined the Proteus team in 2011 with a background in investment portfolio management and credit analysis.
Graduating from Brock University’s Bachelor of Business Administration Honours program in 2008, Lewis began his career as a Private Debt Analyst with The Canada Life Assurance Company.
